Overview

European and American jewellery was never more innovative nor more glamorous than during the hectic 1920s and sophisticated 1930s. Over two days, Daniela Mascetti, International Senior Specialist, will explore the dazzling creations of this uniquely febrile period, highlighting the transition from the graceful ‘garland’ style of the Gilded Age to the streamlined chic of High Art Deco. The course includes a private handling session of forthcoming sale highlights at Sotheby’s.
