Ann-Marie Richard introduces the eclectic movement that mirrors 21st century trends and outlines why understanding historical artifacts is prescient to the contemporary art world.

On November 7, following a three-week landmark trial on a complex and rarely litigated federal law, a jury in Brooklyn decided that a real estate developer illegally destroyed artwork at his complex in Queens.
